By downloading or using LivePix, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The service

LivePix lets you create AI-generated video clips from photos you provide, and enhance, restore or colorize your photos (upscaling, denoising, deblurring, colorization), using a credit system. Results are AI-generated and may vary.

2. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior

You agree not to upload, create, or share content that is objectionable, including but not limited to content that is: - sexually explicit, pornographic, or suggestive; - depicting, sexualizing, or endangering minors in any way; - using the likeness of another person without their consent; - defamatory, harassing, hateful, violent, or illegal; - deceptive deepfakes intended to harm, mislead, or impersonate.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. We moderate uploads automatically, let users report content, and may remove content and suspend or ban accounts that violate these Terms, without notice. We act on reports of objectionable content and will remove it and eject the offending user.

3. Your responsibilities

• You confirm you own or have the rights and consent to use every photo you upload.
• You are responsible for how you use the videos you create.
• You will comply with all applicable laws.

4. Credits and payments

• Credits are purchased via Apple In-App Purchase and are consumable.
• Credits have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable except where required by law or Apple's policies.
• Prices and credit costs may change.

5. Content ownership

You retain rights to the photos you upload. You are granted rights to the videos and enhanced images you generate for personal and lawful use, subject to these Terms and the providers' terms.

6. Moderation, suspension, termination

We may moderate, remove content, and suspend or terminate your access at our discretion for violations of these Terms.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". AI output may be inaccurate or imperfect. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit our liability.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania.
