This Privacy Policy explains how Lucian Albescu ("we", "us") handles information in the mobile game Bird Cross Arcade (the "App").
Bird Cross Arcade has no accounts and no login. We do not ask for your name, email, or any personal information. Your game progress (score, coins, unlocked characters, settings) is stored only on your device. The only data that leaves your device is collected by our third-party advertising partner to display ads.
Through our advertising provider (Unity LevelPlay / ironSource) the App may collect:
We do not collect contacts, location, photos, browsing history, or any sensitive data.
This data is used to show ads (personalized only if you allow tracking), to keep the App working, and to diagnose problems. We do not sell your personal data.
On first launch the App asks for permission to track. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized. You can change this anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Purchases (Remove Ads and coin packs) are processed by Apple. We never receive or store your payment information.
The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
You can reset all local progress in the game's Options → Reset progress, limit ad tracking via iOS Settings, and uninstall the App at any time.
